Welcome!

    My name is Jaylin Jones and I was born and raised in Kentucky. My love for fitness and health started from playing football and running track and wanting to excel in these sports. Now, my passion stems from wanting to take care of my body by keeping it mobile, stable, and STRONG. Since then, I’ve built my training resume from working with a variety of clients and their specific goals ranging anywhere from muscle building, strength training, rehabilitation and/or just improving the overall quality of their life. My main goal is to guide each client on the right path to success so that they can reach their specific goal(s). Not only will you get a great workout program, but you will gain knowledge in fitness and health that will stick with you for the rest of your life!  

Qualifications

  • NASM Personal Training cert.
  • PPSC (Pain-Free Performance Specialist cert.)
  • Corrective Exercise Cert. 

You cannot change your life, unless you change something. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you've always got.
